What precautions should be taken when using the shock absorber under heavy loads?

Use heavy-duty shock absorber models, avoid long-term overload use, and regularly check the shock absorber stroke and piston rod for deformation.

Does the shock absorber require regular maintenance? What is the maintenance cycle?

Inspection and maintenance are recommended every 6-12 months, including cleaning the piston rod, checking oil seals, and replenishing hydraulic oil. The cycle should be shortened under harsh conditions.

Can the damping of the shock absorber be adjusted?

Some models support damping/preload adjustment to adapt to road conditions and load requirements. Please refer to the product specifications for details.

What to do if the seal becomes aged and hardened?

Replace it with a seal of the same model, and check if the equipment's operating temperature exceeds the product's tolerance range to prevent recurrence of aging issues.

Can Pneumatic Seal and Hydraulic Seal be used interchangeably?

No, they cannot. They differ in design pressure and medium compatibility, and improper use will cause seal failure and equipment malfunction.
