Rubber Shock Pads Can Be Customized With Some Pads

Rubber pads are widely used in industrial production and daily life, and can play a good anti-slip effect. Relatively thick rubber pads can also be used as rubber shock pads, including shock pads for some mechanical equipment. Rubber pads can be cut into suitable sizes according to customer requirements.
The friction coefficient of polyurethane rubber shock pad is generally high, but adding molybdenum disulfide or silicone oil will greatly reduce it, further improve the wear resistance, and become a self-lubricating material. This urethane rubber is very useful for vibration or sliding and can be used for sealing of motor couplings and automotive bearings, lifting pulleys and transmission parts.
The rubber screen of Shanxi Ore is made of polyurethane rubber, which can withstand great frictional stress. Therefore, the rubber shock pad has a longer service life and lower noise than the screen made of steel wire.
1) Sole.
Microcellular foam soles made of polyurethane rubber occupy a considerable place in the industry. The main features of this sole are light weight, wear resistance, half the density of ordinary rubber, and more than twice the wear resistance of ordinary rubber shoes. Therefore, it is used for soles with high quality requirements, such as labor shoes, sports shoes, children's shoes, etc.
2) Solid tires.
Solid tires are made of 90~95 Shore A cast polyurethane rubber, and are used for internal transmission vehicles such as battery vehicles, farmland transportation vehicles, and crane solid tires. The section of the polyurethane solid tire is not easy to wear due to its good tear strength and abrasion resistance. Compared to steel wheels, it has less hardness and therefore less friction with the ground. In addition, the load-bearing capacity and service life of polyurethane solid tires are 4 to 5 times that of ordinary rubber solid tires. Due to the small deformation, the rolling loss of this tire is also small.
3) Tape.
Polyurethane rubber has good wear resistance, large friction coefficient, can absorb noise, and is suitable for friction belts.
4) Lining.
The effect of polyurethane rubber as sewage pump body and ball mill lining is much better than that of special alloys. Slurry pump impellers are 100 times more durable than cast iron.
5) Cots.
Polyurethane casting rubber can be used to prepare industrial rubber rollers for steel, paper, textile, printing, rice milling, etc. Good wear resistance, long service life, can improve labor productivity. Especially for papermaking rubber rolls, each large rubber roll needs 1t.
